Premier Mobile Triage program provides our patients with 24/7 access to healthcare professionals. Our state of the art mobile triage program was exclusively developed for our patients with their medical needs & fragile status in-mind.

All triage calls are answered by certified EMD (Emergency Medical Dispatch) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When deemed necessary, a first response vehicle is dispatched immediately to asses patient’s physical condition on-site and determine appropriate care. The first response vehicles are fully equipped with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) equipment and state-certified Paramedics and EMTs. This ensures that our patients receive the highest level of care on-site.

Critical Decisions When It Matters
When determined that higher level of care is required, transportation to appropriate level of care (i.e. Urgent Care Facility, Hospital Emergency Room, etc.) will be provided.
After every triage encounter, the primary care team will receive a detailed triage report with the care provided and outcome. This will provide the medical team pertinent information about the patient’s condition.
